Only manufacturer defects or items damaged during shipping will be authorized for full credit. The merchandise
returned must be in the original packaging and free of all customer markings and tags. Damaged or missing items must
be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All other products may be returned to IAI Corp within 15 days from invoice
date. Unless the fault of IAI Corp, all returned items will incur a restocking fee of 10%, and the customer will responsible for any shipping charges. All returns MUST have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items discontinued by IAI Corp or the manufacturers are not returnable and no credit will be issued. Authorizations expire 30 days after the date of the issue. Speak to your IAI Corp sales representative to obtain a Return Authorization.
IAI Corp reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all items being returned. Please make sure that you thoroughly go over your order during the order review section of the checkout, in order to avoid any problems.
Damages & Shortages
Any order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All orders leave our warehouse in good
condition. If your boxes appear to be opened, re-taped, damaged, or tampered with in any way, you must keep the
original boxes and file a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives in good condition but contains damages, shortages,
or overages, please contact a Customer Service Representative to file a claim. If it is the fault of IAI Corp, any
damaged or shorted merchandise will be credited or reshipped at our expense. In the case of overages or incorrect
merchandise, IAI Corp will arrange for return shipping.
