Damages & Shortages
Any order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All orders leave our warehouse in good condition. If your boxes appear to be opened, re-taped, damaged, or tampered with in any way, you must keep the original boxes and file a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives in good condition but contains damages, shortages, or overages, please contact a Customer Service Representative to file a claim. If it is the fault of IAI Corp, any damaged or shorted merchandise will be credited or reshipped at our expense. In the case of overages or incorrect merchandise, IAI Corp will arrange for return shipping.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IAI Corp, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensers and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
New Accounts
We are strictly a wholesale company and we can only sell to you if you have a valid Tax ID#. All customers must have a $250.00 minimum order to purchase from our website. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, COD Money Order or Bank Deposit. If you are in our warehouse we do accept Cash as well. COD Policy: We do accept COD as well but you will need to contact us first, at this time we only accept money orders and there is an additional fee. IAI Corp may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable methods to the address you have provided to IAI Corp. All prices shown are wholesale prices that are subject to change without notice. IAI Corp is not responsible for typographical errors appearing in our catalog, on our website, or in any other publications.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for all products at time of purchase. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt if an order is split into multiple shipments.
Revisions to Terms & Conditions
IAI Corp may at any time make any changes to these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility, not the company, to occasionally check the terms and conditions to assure that you fully understand the terms to which you agree to by using our site. The company is not required to issue a statement as to changes made to the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. IAI Corp reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Refused Orders: All refused or unclaimed orders will result in a 10% restocking fee plus all freight charges. If the customer would like the order reshipped, all additional freight charges will be added. If the fault of IAI Corp, refused orders will be fully credited or reshipped at our expense.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Orders usually ship within 3-7 days of receipt but may be delayed due to arriving shipments that contain products that you have ordered. Most Out of Stock items will be listed as backordered in your invoice, and our sales rep will contact you once items are in stock. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday will not be processed until the following business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Purchase Policy
By purchasing products from IAI Corp you certify and agree that you are over 21 years of age and that products purchased from IAI Corp are to be used solely by persons over the age of 21. You agree that no claims about safety, health benefits or uses for the products were specifically stated by IAI Corp. You assume all liability for proper use of the products purchased from IAI Corp. IAI Corp will not be held liable for any personal and/or property damage, illness, injury or financial loss caused by the use of the products or inability to use the products purchased from IAI Corp. Products sold by IAI Corp have not been reviewed by the FDA and are not intended to treat, diagnose, prevent or cure any disease. Comments/reviews posted by visitors or customers IAI Corp or associated websites do not represent the opinion of IAI Corp or its employees or representatives.
Return Policy
Only manufacturer defects or items damaged during shipping will be authorized for full credit. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All other products may be returned to IAI Corp within 30 days from invoice date. Unless the fault of IAI Corp, all returned items will incur a restocking fee of 10%, and the customer will responsible for any shipping charges. Unauthorized returns will not be credited or reshipped.
Restocking Fees
IAI Corp reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all items being returned. Please make sure that you thoroughly go over your order during the order review section of the checkout, in order to avoid any problems. Shipping & Delivery: At this time, IAI Corp ships merchandise to locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Orders are typically shipped within 3-7 days. All orders are shipped UPS, FedEx. or USPS unless otherwise requested. Local customers can arrange pick up at our City of Industry, California warehouse.
Missing and Delayed shipments
We try and ship packages as quickly as possible from our warehouse location but once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over: how the carrier routes the package, delays caused by customs or lost packages. We can work with you to help resolve issues AFTER you have called the carrier to find out as much information about the delay as possible.
Trademarks
All Trademarks, service marks and trade names of IAI Corp used in the site are trademarks of IAI Corp. We have no affiliation whatsoever to any traditional companies, domestic or foreign. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, product names and logos appearing on the site are the property of their respective owners, including in some instances IAI Corp. Typographical Errors
In the event that IAI Corp product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, IAI Corp reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. IAI Corp reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, IAI Corp shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail or by use of obscene or abusive language is strictly forbidden.
